2. Project Delivery
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client feedback, approvals, and project requirements.
3. Ownership
All project files and source code remain the property of Blue Orbit Studio until full payment is received. Ownership is transferred upon final payment.
4. Payments
Payments must be completed as per the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.
5. Revisions
Included revisions will be specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.
6. Support
Support and maintenance are provided only if included in your package or agreement.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, and required materials on time.
8. Liability
Blue Orbit Studio is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party issues, hosting downtime, or data loss beyond our control.
9. Refunds & Cancellation
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started. Cancellation requests will be reviewed individually.
